The Kenwood KHS-10-OH is a Heavy Duty Dual Muff Over the Head Headset with in-line PTT button. The KHS10OH is designed for superior sound quality, comfort and durability. It fits over the head and the boom Mic is adjustable for ease of use. It has a flexible boom microphone.
