Terms and Conditions

Welcome to NuRadios ERP ("Application"), owned and operated by NuRadios ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").
By accessing or using NuRadios ERP, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the Application.
1. Purpose
NuRadios ERP is an internal business management application designed to assist with order management, purchasing, inventory tracking, shipping, customer records, vendor management, reporting, and optional integration with third-party services including Intuit QuickBooks.
2. Eligibility
You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to use this Application on behalf of yourself or your business.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. QuickBooks Integration
NuRadios ERP may connect with Intuit QuickBooks Online using Intuit's secure API.
By connecting your QuickBooks account, you authorize NuRadios ERP to access only the accounting information necessary to perform synchronization features that you initiate.
You may disconnect QuickBooks at any time through the Application or your Intuit account.
NuRadios is not responsible for outages, delays, or service interruptions caused by Intuit or other third-party providers.
5. Customer Data
You retain ownership of all customer, accounting, inventory, and business information entered into NuRadios ERP.
We do not sell your business data.
Information is used solely for providing requested services and improving the Application.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Application for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
- Reverse engineer or copy the software.
- Upload malicious software.
- Interfere with normal operation of the Application.
7. Intellectual Property
NuRadios ERP, including its software, code, graphics, documentation, trademarks, and content, remains the exclusive property of NuRadios.
No ownership rights are transferred by use of the Application.
8. Availability
While we strive for continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Maintenance, software updates, internet outages, or third-party services may temporarily affect availability.
9. Third-Party Services
NuRadios ERP may integrate with services provided by third parties including:
- Intuit QuickBooks
- Google Workspace
- Shipping carriers
- Other supported business platforms
Each service is governed by its own terms and privacy policies.
NuRadios is not responsible for changes made by third-party providers.
10. Disclaimer
The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
NuRadios makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every business workflow.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NuRadios shall not be liable for:
- Lost profits
- Lost business opportunities
- Loss of data
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Service interruptions caused by third-party providers
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Application during the preceding twelve (12) months.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if continued access presents security or legal concerns.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of NuRadios ERP after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles.
