RMM 2050
The RMM 2050 in my personal opinion totally surpassed my expectations in a two way radio. I already knew that Motorola is a name known for their quality and this unit is full of quality. It is basically used for businesses; however I wanted a two way that didn’t have a lot of crowding of people using it, it certainly lived up to my satisfaction as far as that’s concerned. When I received the radio via fed ex I immediately put it to the test, my wife took hers and started driving to the nearest drug store approximately 1 mile away, I received her transmission right up to when she entered the store, then I lost her, in this test there are trees, a hospital , many other businesses and Doctors offices and lots of cars on the road, to me for a 2 watt vhf radio this is impressive for a unit that’s supposed to only reach 20 floors, the only thing that I don’t like but is just fine regardless is the fixed antenna, I would rather have an antenna that is removable. Overall I am extremely satisfied with this unit the Motorola RMM 2050, if you are looking for a very well made two way for a business, I promise you , you will not be disappointed in this one, it’s clear, very loud and gets the job done. If you should decide to purchase a plug in mic/ speaker by Motorola that fits this unit, just don’t do what I did, I didn’t realize that you had to push the connection in until it actually snaps into place, I was having problems with it at first until I figured that out , then I was really impressed, definitely well worth the money, try it for yourself, I do not work for NU Radio, I am a real paying customer from VA. And I give this 5 stars all the way , enjoy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
