SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Free Ground Shipping is available on orders over $175 within the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii shipments may require additional carrier charges.
Orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST (Mon–Fri) typically ship the same business day when items are in stock. Custom programmed orders may require additional processing time.
Adult signature (21+) with valid ID is required upon delivery.
NU Radios operates as an authorized dealer. Products ship directly from manufacturer or distributor fulfillment centers. Delivery times are carrier estimates.
RETURNS & RMAs
Returns and exchanges follow manufacturer policies. NU Radios does not maintain inventory or a repair warehouse.
Unused items may generally be returned within 30 days unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer. Items must be new and include all original packaging and accessories.
If an incorrect item was shipped due to dealer or manufacturer error, return shipping is covered. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
An RMA is required before any return, warranty service, or trial return.
Do not ship products to NU Radios. All returns and repairs are handled through the manufacturer or authorized service facility.

WARRANTY SERVICE
Warranty service is performed by the manufacturer, not NU Radios.
Radios carry a 1–3 year manufacturer warranty depending on model. Headsets and batteries carry a 6-month warranty. Coverage applies only to manufacturing defects and is determined after inspection.
Typical service timeline:
Customer shipment 3–4 business days, repair approximately 72 hours after receipt, and return shipping 4–5 business days. Total turnaround averages about 10 business days door to door.
Shipping responsibility follows manufacturer policy. Within 30 days of purchase, return shipping is typically covered after approved warranty repair. After 30 days, shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
NU Radios facilitates the process but does not control manufacturer timelines or decisions.
TRIAL EQUIPMENT
Trial equipment allows evaluation before placing larger orders.
Customers have 5 business days from delivery to test range, compatibility, and operational use.
Equipment not returned is considered accepted. An invoice will be issued and due within 15 days if trial equipment is kept.
Returned trial equipment must be in new condition with original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and an RMA is required.
Do not ship trial equipment to NU Radios unless instructed.
FINAL SALE & FEES
No returns on items with removed UPC labels, opened earpieces or headsets, or clearance items.
Custom programming fees and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
REFUNDS
Returned items must be received within 10 days of RMA approval. Manufacturer restocking or processing fees may apply. Refund processing typically takes 1–2 weeks after manufacturer approval.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS & DISPUTES
Orders already processed or shipped follow manufacturer return policies. Customers agree to follow the RMA process before initiating payment disputes.
SALES TAX
Sales tax is applied according to applicable laws. Tax-exempt customers must provide documentation prior to purchase.
