SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Free Ground Shipping is offered on orders over $175 within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may require an additional shipping charge based on weight.
Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Expedited options (Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day) are available at checkout.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST (Monday–Friday) ship the same day when items are in stock. Orders requiring Custom Programming may require additional processing time.
ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED (21+): All shipments require Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery. A valid government-issued ID must be presented. If no eligible adult is present at delivery, the carrier will reattempt delivery.

If your shipping address differs from your billing address, we may request completion of an Alternate Ship-To Authorization Form for security verification.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Most manufacturers allow returns or exchanges on unused items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new condition and include all original packaging, manuals, labels, and accessories.
If the incorrect item was shipped due to our or the manufacturer’s error, return shipping will be covered.
RMA REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be issued before sending any item back. Returns sent without an RMA will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.

REFUND PROCESS
Returned items must be received by the manufacturer within 10 days of RMA approval to qualify for a refund. After 10 days, only an exchange may be available.
Return shipments must be insured and tracked. NU Radios is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refund deductions (if applicable):
• 20% Manufacturer Restocking Fee
• 5% Merchant Service & Processing Fee
• Custom Programming Fee (if applicable)
Refund processing typically takes 1–2 weeks, including transit and bank processing time.
TRIAL EQUIPMENT POLICY
Trial equipment includes a 3-day evaluation period from delivery. If you choose to keep the equipment, simply pay the invoice provided. If returning, an RMA is required. Equipment must remain in like-new condition with all original packaging and accessories. Customer is responsible for shipping both ways if equipment is not purchased. Extensions may be requested in writing and are subject to manufacturer approval.
ORDER CANCELLATION & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Contact us immediately to cancel an order. If the order has already shipped or been processed, return fees will apply under the standard return policy.
Customers agree not to reverse or dispute payment outside of the established return process. Any legal, administrative, or banking fees resulting from improper disputes will be charged to the customer.
SALES TAX & TAX-EXEMPT CUSTOMERS
Sales tax is applied according to state law and warehouse shipping origin. Government and tax-exempt customers must provide valid exemption documentation to remove sales tax where applicable.
