The Kenwood ProTalk PKT-23 LT is a lightweight, compact, on-site radio that have innovative features ideal for use in retail, restaurant, hotel/motel, educational, multi-family dwelling, and service industry applications. The pocket sized PKT23 provides 1.5 watts of power, 4 channels, and up to 15 hours of operation with 99 pre-programmed frequencies. The features are menu driven and the lighted display gives the user status icons for easy operation. There are 39 quiet talk (QT) privacy codes and 83 additional digital quiet talk (DQT) privacy codes to separate user talk groups on shared frequencies. The PKT-23 has a 3 color blinking LED to indicate transmission and battery status. Coupled with a Bell Tone Alert, the LED also notifies you of incoming calls. A built-in audio jack lets you connect the optional Kenwood KHS-33 or KHS-44 headphone for more discreet communications or noisy environments.
At only 3.9 oz, KENWOOD’s PKT-23 UHF two-way radio(provides a small but powerful radio is simple to operate and durable, meeting or exceeding MIL-Spec standards 810 C/D/E/F/G (11 items) and IP54 (dust/water intrusion). We only use one channel which makes it easy to get a hold of anyone at any time. The work fine in our office. Easier than yelling for someone.

Small but powerful and clear. Fits great in your pocket. Distance could be a further but they cover our 3 acre car lot.
