Start an RMA / Support Request

Submit your info below. We’ll review, open a case with the manufacturer, and forward your official RMA # by the end of the next business day.

Please run the Quick Checks below to help us isolate whether the issue is with a battery, headset, programming, or the radio unit. Include your results in the form.
Radio shuts off or won’t power on after charging (Battery Issue) Quick checks

Possible causes

  • Battery not holding a charge
  • Dirty or damaged charging contacts
  • Charger or power adapter issue

Try this first

  • Swap batteries: Put the suspect battery into another same-model radio.
    • If the issue follows the battery → the battery is faulty and needs replacement.
    • If it stays with the radio → the radio likely has a power/charging issue.
  • Test a known-good battery in the radio.
  • Clean contacts (battery + radio) with a dry microfiber cloth.
  • Check the charger LEDs (red = charging, green = full).
Once isolated, a new replacement battery will be required if the current one fails these tests. If the radio is confirmed as the cause (works poorly even with a known-good battery), an RMA for radio repair or a replacement radio will be required.
Headset not working or cutting out (Headset Issue) Quick checks

Possible causes

  • Damaged audio cable or connector
  • Worn/bent accessory-port pins
  • Internal radio accessory-jack issue

Try this first

  • Test the headset on another radio: if it works, the issue is likely the radio’s port.
  • Try a different headset: if the new one works, the original headset is defective.
  • Inspect the connector/jack for debris or bent pins.
  • Do not over-tighten threaded connectors—snug, not forced.
Once isolated, a new replacement headset will be required if the original fails on multiple radios. If the radio is confirmed as the cause (multiple headsets fail on the same unit), an RMA for radio repair or a replacement radio will be required.
Radios power on but don’t communicate (Programming Issue) Quick checks

Possible causes

  • Different channels/frequencies or tone/code settings
  • Incorrect/outdated codeplug
  • Firmware/config mismatch across units

Try this first

  • Verify all radios use the same channel/frequency and tone/code.
  • If units were purchased/replaced recently, they may need to be cloned or reprogrammed.
  • Identify one working “master” radio that communicates correctly with your fleet.
Important: If the issue is programming, please include a working master radio with your RMA so we can clone its settings to the non-working units.
